Hi, I just picked up an old Simplex jack. It is a ratchet type, marked Model 141. Anybody know anything about them? Part of the workings are rusted up, so was hoping someone might have an old parts breakd down for it.
Thanks

Simplex is still made by Templeton-Kenley (spelling?) in the Chicago area.

Thanks for the info. I finally got to talk to them yesterday. They only have records for the last 20 yrs and they have nothing on a model 141. I'm thinking it must be closer to 50 or 60 yrs old just from knowing where it came from. I guess I can still tinker with it just the same and at least clean it up and use it as a shelf sitter.
