I just got a buzz saw to use with my allis B. I have not tried it out yet, anybody got tips on useage, belt tension ect

Keep the area clean and clear where your feet will be. Throwing your arm out to catch yourself while falling is not the thing to do when near one of these saws.

Tip 1. Belt needs to only be tight enough to prevent slippage
Tip 2. If it has a blade gaurd use it.
Tip 3. If it don't, build one before you use it.
Tip 4. Leave the beer in the fridge

Count your undamaged fingers before you use it and again when you are finished. For best results they should be equal.
