1 800 488 1222, I did and let me say this is one big joke, all I wanted is to send back a wrong part that was sent and get the right one.I don't know why they ask for a model number ,seems like they send you anything.I went through four people before I got someone that did not talk like they had a mouth full of MMs.Oh well one more institution gone to the dogs. OH and did I mention the name of the joke store, or do I really have to? anyway it rhymes with SEARS.

I think you are forgetting about Jeff. He is maybe in the early 30's range. Ed definitely knows his stuff though. Heck of a nice guy too.

A while ago my daughter called to order rings
and 2 burners for her Kenmore. They wouldn't tell her the price unless she ordered them with her
credit card. The price was totally outrageous.
Over a hundred dollars. THEN She tells me. I said
call your brother in Wis. tell him what you need, so she did He call a supplier had them drop shipped to her at a reasonable price they arrived before the expensive ones from Seers. I told her when the other ones arrived, Fed Ex, REFUSE THEM no problem
she was there when FE delivered and he sent them right back. Expected a problem with the credit card, but she got a charge and a credit the same month. I just ordered parts on the Sears website
for a sander seemed reasonable to me and showed a parts diagram to make it easy.

It could be worse, went to the local parts store a while ago. Needed a starter for a buick v-6, they needed make model all that sh..,they could not sell me one the computer did't know what a M38-A1 was [mil. jeep] try as hard I could I could not get them to understand that I put a buick motor in this jeep. I ended up going to a junk yard for this. This was a while back and their have been many times after, It sure fires me up when you go to get a simple part and the kid their only knows what the coumpter says. And as long as I'am venting how about the time I got a starter 4 my chevy pick up. Went and got it paid for it and core charge, the only rig I had at the time at home[looger work in woods] put starter on no way work, take it off, put old one back on did this on ground [snow up crack] not happy. Take back to store THEY ASK ME IF I BENCH CHECKED IT! [da. near hit him] then tells me that the only one he had. After I got my money back I told him what he could with himself. This happened to me in kooskia idaho at a NAPA,and I hope the owner reads this [joe].The heck of it is that these kids don't know anything but what the pc tells them and that is realy a bad deal for us all.

Ordered a couple parts for Mama's Kenmore dishwasher a few months ago. Watta fiasco, the guy from India I talked to couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him. Some how on the third call I got a southern lady that had a pleasent accent and understood exactly what I was saying. She knew what I was looking for even before I gave her the part number. Seems this part is broken frequently, I ordered 2.
