Need Help with Cornstove!

Well, cornstove is installed, and I followed installation instructions from manufacturer.
Stove is made by Danson and is a corn/pellet stove.

Here's my problem--I put handful of pellets in the pot then some starter gel, then another layer of pellets then some more gel and light 'er up.
Once pellets get going good, I hit the start button. Starts burning great, and corn starts to feed (starts on lowest rate, dropping 2-6 kernels every 5 seconds or so). It's drafting great (almost seems like it is over drafting if that is possible), and burning great for about 10-15 minutes then she slowly dies down to nothing.
I tried several variations on the process.
Used less pellets to begin with, cut down on intake air, etc etc, to no avail.
I tried increasing feed rate also.
I am getting a little frustrated, and hoping there
is someone with some good advice. Thanks!

If its feeding to much corn it can smother the fire, especially when just starting the fire and the firepot isn't up to full temp yet with lots of red embers.

I am guessing too much moisture in the corn, some stove manufactures say 11%, if you sit there and watch it until it goes out does it look like it is just not feeding more corn, do you have the electronic control on your stove that flashes a trouble code you can look up and see if you have a pressure switch that is getting tripped by a strong wind??

You could be running out of usable oxygen or the corn you are using is too wet. It should be about 12% moisture to burn good.
