Pole building cost

I am currently building a 30 x 56 with 12'walls.
I bought a kit for 8600.00 including the tax.
The kit has all of the materials except the 10x10 and 3' man door. Also, I am adding some expense
by building on top of concrete pilings. These
are 18" diameter concrete pads 36" deep. This added about 845.00 to the job, including the cost
of the anchor bolts and 6 x 6 post bracket.
Also, I do not have any excavating costs since
the neighbor has equipment which I was able to borrow. I prepared the sight with a bulldozer,
trackhoe and loader. Then used the compactor
to compact all loose soil. Then used trackhoe
with auger to drill holes. About three days of
equipment work. Still have some backfilling
to do after building is complete. So, this building is going to be about 5.62 per square foot
without concrete floor or doors.
