Just curious as to what faults you found with the Campbell welder. Unfortunately, I bought one before I found your warning on this site. So far however mine seems to be working okay.

I will be welding thin materials such as auto panals..So I really dont want a mig welder with real high heat settings, I can use my arc for those materials.

Kev you mite wont to do a search for mig welder on this sight not many people have had good luck with any of the welders under $700.00 they don稚 seam to have enough heat to weld anything I have a century 100amp mig and it suppose to weld up to シ inch in a single pass but it wont weld 16gage steal with out pre heating you mite wont to look for something in the 200 to 250 amp range and its going to cost you a lot of money and you mite wont to think about renting a welder to see if a particular one will work for your kneads I知 not trying to deter you from the welder you are talking about but I知 just wont you to now the problems most are having with the smaller welders at work they weld a lot of sheet metal and they are welding at about 150 to 200 amps with miller welders there will be more post about your questing and you will get sum very good answers
