Does anyone know about Century Mfg. Trying to find parts for my welder and all I can find is battery chargers. Have they quit making welders?

Yup, its true. The newly-formed WCTA division of Lincoln Electric bought the Century and Marquette name brands from Clore Automotive, and support the previous models as best they can with parts. Their direct number is 866.236.0044,
option 2 and then option 2 again (as of today, anyway; they've already changed it once!). Coverage from exising Lincoln dealers & Service centers is presently spotty at best, better to call direct to tech service above, they'll get you fixed up.

Like said Lincoln bought them out. Very good welders especially the older ones. We still have older one with green box. Double circle co-ops use to sell them in this area.

Century was bought by Lincoln so try your local Lincoln Welder dealer.

Hi MF294-4,

A Google search came up with plenty of places selling Century welders. Northern Tool was one. Harbor Freight used to sell Century welders too. Maybe they still do. Most of their welders now have their house label, Chicago Electric, on them. The "Electric" part is true.

All the best, Stan
