Anyone have the 18645X nailer? Should I buy it for $80?
Thanks

I have had a Craftsman Framing Nailer for about 10 years, it may sit for 2 or 3 years then get a good workout for a couple months. It always works and I have not had one problem with it.

Have had to replace two Bostich nailers recently bought in the same time period because they broke and parts are no longer available. Replaced them with cheap Harbor Freight, if they break I am not out very much and won't get mad when I can't get parts.

I'd stay clear of the Crapsman stuff . The only thing I buy from Sears is the wrenches . Buy a good name like Senco , Bostitch or another good name . If you have problems , nobody at Sears will know what to do to help you . There's dealers that are trained on repairing the good name brands . Remember those tools take an awful beating . Good luck & God bless . Ken
