I have a AMC Hot Water pressure washer that is leaking fuel through the fuel pump into the burner. It will not even fire up. Anybody know of any web sites pertaining to pressure washer repair or oil guns like on oil furnaces.

You know the brand, so look for a tag with manufacturers address and phone number. If you can't find it, go to your local Yellow pages or www.yellowpages.com. Look for steam cleaner or pressure washer dealers. Someone can get you to a dealer for your brand. I did that and got a good manual with electrical, mechanical & parts list for my L&N from a dealer in the midwest, but can't find the name now. My manual say it could be a defective fuel solenoid. Also try to Google
it.

Does it use a conventional furnace-type oil burner, as some do?

If so, it sounds like the pump has failed so the flow of fuel is not being closed off by the pressure regulating valve, when the pump shuts down.

This may be also affecting the fuel spray, so it doesn't light off, or there may be problems with the ignitor points, or the ignition transformer.
