OT- Propane Prebuy prices

What is the going price around the country for propane pre-buy. Got a letter yesterday--$1.69. It seems a little steep to me for a prepaid, pre buy. Would like some other comments or prices around the are. I am in Springfield, IL.

FS in eastern Ia. is $1.50 cash today. They said summer fill will probably be around $1.45

I just got a letter about a month ago and the propane company I use in arkansas offered to last years customers who prepaid the same price as last year until around july 10 or something but last years prepay price was 1.29 and I went ahead and ordered another 1000 gallons since they said the price was the same to any prepay customers who prepaid the year before, The price if you hadn,t pre paid last year and wanted to this year was 1.59 so it went up 30 cents a gallon if you werent a old customer.

JT, its a little cheaper 45 miles northeast of you. My prepaid contract price is $1.53

got my letter a few days ago. pay cash now will be $1.55, six month installment $1.59. i paid $1.35 last year for 1100 gals. and we had a mild winter. will be buying 1200 this time, never know how this winter will be. eastern nc.

We were just talking about this at the church business meeting tonight,our supplyer said he would know the 1st of july. last year I paid 1.09. North Missouri
