I have a planer I bought in late 1988.
The brand name was Transpower.
I have since found out the planer was produced
under several brand names.
I can"t find my manual for it.
It had contact info for getting parts and service.

This planer uses a special little guage for setting the knives.
I have lost the guage. I need another one.

And should I need other parts anytime I need a source for parts.

Anyone have any idea of how I get parts for this planer.
The review of the planer linked below is my planer
under a different brand name. I don"t agree with
all of the person"s review of this planer.
I keep my planer well lubed and it has worked
flawlessly all these years.

Can anyone help.

Thanks.

Looks just like my 12" Jet, except the thickness adjustment mechanism is different. The Jet handle is on top and cranks the screw directly with a chain linking the opposite side.
For a start, give the dimension of your knives and I can check mine to see if they are the same if you like.

Ok, I got my extra set of knives right here.

12.5 inches long.
1/8 inch thick.
1/2 inch wide.
