I am in the process of getting my great grandpas Ford running and I can't figure out how to lift the 3 point hitch. I know there is a lever on both sides of the seat. 1 for the pto and I assume the other is for the 3 point. When I flip the lever down and lift the handle nothing happens. Am I missing something?

Jubal and old have it right about the controls.
You may try lossening the bleed plug on the pump with it running until fluid comes out. Don"t take it all the way out. Make sure you have the right fluid. If it still won"t lift, it hay have a sticking valve in the lift. My NAA had a problem that problem when I first got it. A little tapping with a hammer on the top of the lift cover would sometimes work.

Jubilee/NAA tractors do have live hydraulics but not live PTO. You may need to replace O-rings in the pump, but for sure check your fluid for water and other contamination. If it has been setting up, it will need new fluid.

Try engaging the pto, then try lift. Never had a jubilee but have three 8n's and two 9n's and they have to have pto running to drive pump. Anyone know for sure if the jubilee series had live hydraulics or was it an option or even availible?

If its working right you pull the lever up or back which ever you want to call it for the 3 point to come up. Also there should be 3 levers, one on the left as your sitting on it and 2 on the right. One of the 2 on the right is the lift control the other is what is called the draft control

The PTO is the large lever way down on the LH side of the tranny/rear axle housing. The lift lever is the one with the knob on the RH side of the top cover, with the adjustable stop.

The small lever inboard of the lift lever, that flips up or forward (? down, cannot remember) is the position/draft selector. It should be UP (position control) for all implement use except a plow.

If the lift won't go up or down, check the hydraulic fluid level, suggest changing it, water is common in the fluid and make the system act strange, and its possible the pump is not pumping. Suggest you go over to the Ford or N boards and ask more questions, and buy a FO-19 manual. Zane on the N board knows more about the lift system than everyone else has forgotten.
