looking for a good site for information on a 30 hp chrysler boat motor.Need to know what year mfg and any thing eles about itmodel 305 HA.

try chryslercrew.com. I had good luck finding troubleshooting info there a few years ago for my 55 horse. Real easy to work on compared to others, just can"t find parts anymore.

1973 to 1975. I believe all Chrysler outboards are West Bend. Chrysler bought the design and rights from West Bend. Then later, Force took over from Chrysler. From what I've seen, none of them are much different.

Don't know about that model, but I had 14ft. open-bow speedboat with an old 45hp Chrysler on it. I ran it for 4 years and only put about $100 in the motor for seals and points. Great old motor and as reliable as a stone. Paul
