Measure the length of the wrench from the center of the bolt to where you will grab it. With any luck, you will be close to 12", which is easy to figure now. That's a foot and you just need a way to measure pounds... deer scale works great. If this is overhead and you can hang on the wrench it's a piece of cake. Divide your weight by the required torque. Multiply the result by 12 and you have the distance in inches you need to hang your weight from the center of the bolt. Grab the wrench with both hands straddling the mark and pick your feet up.

If you don't mind sacrificing the open end wrench, I'd weld a cheap socket on the opposite end of it and use your torque wrench by calculating the appropriate adjustment to the torque reading, using the method (courtesy of SnapOn) in this pdf file.
