Pressurized Outdoor Wood Boilers

Does anybody make an outdoor wood boiler that is pressurized? Seems like there would be alot of advantages if you could just plumb it into existing hot water circulator and oil burner for an old system with radiators. I've seen some that use a water to water heat exchanger. But if you have a sealed pressurized system you don't have to worry about corrosion and water testing and treatments, like most of the units I've seen. Any ideas?

My Brother inlaw has an Aquatherm for a few years now. He says its the only sealed one. He likes it but it did develop a crack that the company went good for.

AquaTherm makes a new unit called the Omega which is pressurized and looks nice. It is designed to smoke less - efficiency about the same as the others.

Aqua-Therm, made in Brooten, MN, runs about 12-15 lbs.

Why don't they make the outdoor boilers for a pressurized hot water system... 12 PSI, or so?

Do they get around having to have the boiler ASME certified that way?

I have never had one, but have looked into them a bit, and noticed they are generally not made for a pressurized system.
