this site? No one is posting any messages. Where is everyone? Has the world ended and no one told me?
I'm trying to pay for a tool I bought on ebay and the Pay Pal site has been down for three days. Last week they said my account is frozen because I refused to accept a new User Agreement. That was news to me! I'm not allowed to close the account either! They don't respond to email. Can anyone tell me if it's my computer or is the site really down?

Even when I go directly to PayPal I get the same message. No emails are involved. I just try to pay a seller on ebay and can't.
PayPal sent a form response to report a suspicious email, but that's not my problem.
They said that they can't be of any help otherwise.

Be aware that PayPal out is a scam - I hope you did not give your email and password. You will be unloaded now. Go to Paypal.com direct and check your account quick but it will be unloaded if the scammers got your account numbers.

I get those scammails supposedly from ebay and paypal all the time. If I have any I just forward them to spoof@ebay.com and delete them. If ebay or paypal has something to say, it is posted on your 'My ebay' page as a message.

Be very careful of emails telling you of changes or asking for info on your account. There are _many_ scammers out there, some pretty fancy making fake web pages, that are trying to steal from you. Be real careful of any 'notice' you get pretending to be from Paypal, Ebay, etc.
