pliers, two-pronged on one plier, flat disc-shaped surface on other plier, approx. 10" long overall, looks like a clamp(ing) tool.

I've got a pair too. They are brake spring pliers for early "30s Chevrolet cars. They don't get alot of use nowadays, as you might guess.

thanks, I"ve had these a couple of years, got"em at a flea market for a buck. guess i"ll hang on to them, in case I get an old chevy, haha.
