Thanks for the help, used alittle advice from everyone. What worked for me was. 1300 speed, peck drilling, lots of 'Ready Tap'cutting fluid,verry easy on the feed and changed the bit after 10 holes. No broke bits and holes look real good. I was drilling the block to act as flaws as I am studing utlrasonics, I have access to a ut/ machine but no blocks. Thanks again Cooker.

Glad to hear that !!! Being able to make do with less-than-optimum tools or machines is what being a true machinist/mechanic, etc is all about... Just have to use some ingenuity... The folks here always seem to have lots of good ideas, to help others out...
