Hi Tom, If a Code install, You'll need 1" main line of factory wrap pipe with sch 40 fittings wraped with underground tape. Code now allows you to use black or galvanized but black is my number one choice. Some local codes require a ground bonding wire of #8 bear copper. Test is with compressed air of 10psi for 15 minutes with a gauge that reads in 1/10th psi without a pressure drop. Pipe dope or teflon tape is allowed with teflon tape having to wraped a minmium of 3 times on each joint. UBC is 18" deep or frostline which ever is greater. 6" minmium Risers have to be steel with a approved valve 12" away from mobil home and flex line if mobil home.

Pipe can be precovered before inspection if every 50ft the trench left open for inspection with one pipe connection showing.
