Reminds me of the 55gal drums of sailboat fuel I bought cheap once....haven't used any of it yet and they're just taking up space, so I'd make someone a heck of a deal...

As for the postholes, we bought a whole semi load once. We were putting a fence in right by a road so dad had the trucker just drive along the road and unload 'em where we needed them. Pretty handy, although unfortunately dad always was kinda cheap and bought the off-brand holes that came with the dirt still in them, and naturally it was my job to take it out before I put the posts in.

Oh I buy all my post holes at Farm and Fleet anyway. They've got some really good deals in the wintertime.

Don't fall for this, the guy is pulling a fast one here. I R SMART enough to notice the code number on the box is only year 2004. The guy advertised it as 10 years old, so we know he can't be trusted. I hope someone will let E-bay know. Got to get up pretty early in the morning to out smart me. So let this be a warning to anyone who thinks they can pull one on me. Dave NE IA

I don't know about that. in reply to Dave NE IA, 02-20-2006 16:23:00
I was looking for some SAE-to-metric adapters for those post holes. Everything at my house is metric except me.

When I was a kid, we had a neighbor that was always talking about buying empty water wells and chopping them up to make post holes.
