Don't know about your model; but the repair kit for mine was almost as much as the new pump. New pump was reasonably priced and easy to install.

Not really much to go wrong except the diaphram and check valve. I did have one once that had a lot of wear on the arm where it touches the cam. Cut a 1/4" sq. piece of steel from a sickle section and had a neighbor w/ a TIG to weld it on the arm in the worn spot. They can"t pump if they don"t have enough motion. Jim.

Just wondering where you got the diaphram material. I have searched the net with no results.

Check your local NAPA dealer. NAPA amazes me with some of the items they have or can get.

No, don't think that is posible. But i have bought a pump that does not fit what i wanted and tore it apart to use rhe diaphram in my old pump. Don't know about new stuff, but in the old days most pumps were the same inside if they were the same make. Just kind of compared the size and looks. It was a Kaiser/Frazier car.
