Joe, 10' across doesn't seem like a big deal, but will an inflated support 4' deep? If I've read this correctly, you're issue is mobility, and will be on concrete when inside? Does it have to be inflateable? The reason that I'm asking is that wouldn't be possible to use one of those steel above the ground pools? They can be put together and dismantled at will, they come in a wide variety of circumferences, and I think that 10' might be one of them, and 4' tall heighths is certainly one of the standard heighths. I know that it would be more work to assemble and disassemble one, but in either event, the pool will have to be drained and refilled, and if by some chance the liner gets a cut or something, it can be repaired or replaced, as opposed to having to replace the whole custom made one. And they come with filtering...filters I guess. In both cases, you'll have to do something about protecting from the concrete. If a steel above ground pool is an option, and 10' diameter isn't a stock diameter, perhaps by getting the manufacturer's name from a pool sales/installer, might just be able to get them to do the custom diameter liner - heck, the steel walls can certainly be shortened to fit such a liner. I'm trying Joe, but for the life of me, I can't think of any other way. Best of luck to you and your wife. Mark
