Just wondering if anyone has used one and do they work. They claim to reduce back pain by reducing pressure in the spine and so on. I see a lot of new ones on ebay but no used ones. If it works it would be a good tool to have. Thanks. Angle Iron

I have this one.,got it on HSN or the other one.I have two herniated lumbar discs and try to use it a least once a day.I helps but is not a cure.I noticed that if i use it before i go to bed i do sleep better.I invert for 6-10 mins.Depending on your particular problem it should help.Be careful of the cheapies.E-mail me if you need more info.

K Mart has started carrying them. Current price is $99.99. My wifes doctor told her the same thing, they only work while you are inverted.

Yes and no. If you have a compressed disk then it works...while you're on the table. Once you get off the table the vertebre start to compress again. The relief will tend to be temporary while you inverted.

This is not a long term repair, the greater the problem the less the table will help. Eventually, you'll need medical intervention.
