Looking to put heat in floor of new shop. Wanting information on various brands of tubing & pro and con of each,. will fire with natural gas. web addresses helpfull

Check out heating help.com. They have a wall (like our discussion forums) that you can ask questions on of heating experts. They also have books for sale for the lay person on how to do it yourself. (Infloor is the BEST heat of all, home or garage!) John

I did a fair amount of research on this. The main thing is to use PEX tubing with an oxygen barrier. Other than that, the main difference between brands is the manufacturing processes used to make PEX; of course every manufacturer says their process is best. I bought my PEX from Mountain View Supply; service was very good and the price was right. MV sells the Vanguard brand.
