That is a hyd control for a V-box sander. One knob sets the rate for the drag chain and the other is for the spinner. The lever is for on or off. This is a real handy valve for cotroling two hyd motor function on one primary circuit.

The unit sits on the floor of the cab. Truck has a front mounted hyd. pump.
There are hoses to the pump and hoses to this control and hoses to the dump lift and also hoses going back to the hyd. storage tank.
I would like to have this unit removed but need the other stuff to continue to work. It is a 1977 Ford F900--formerly a county truck.
Thanks for your inquiry.
