Anyone tried them Eco fans that sit on top of the woodstove, they get there power from the heat of the stove. Do they move any air?

We've got one too, also love the whisper quietness of it. I agree that it seems to move the air. Of course not as much as an electric fan would though, but will run when the power goes out.

Yeah we have one. It does move the air a bit, much better than convection alone. I do like that it is quiet. I used to put a fan behind the stove, it doesn't move as much air as that. Once the house is warm it seems to keep more consistant heat in all the rooms. Also keeps air moving when power goes out.

ANybody know where I can get parts for one? I have a Model 800 and need to fix it. If one of you folks has an address (either snail-mail or e-mail) I"d be in your debt if you could provide it. Thanks!
