When I'm into a website, sometimes I can't open certain links within the site and I used to be able to open these same links without any trouble. Other links work fine all of the time. Anybody know why? While on the subject, we got this setup about two weeks ago and it does have one bug you might want to be aware of if you are puter shopping. We have a HP Media Center PC m7250n tower and a Canon Pixma MP500 printer/scanner. If the printer is on when we boot the computer the puter will lock up because for some idiotic reason it is trying to get it's boot up instructions from the printer instead of the hard drive. If the printer is turned off for a few seconds, it will search the hard drive like it is supposed to and all will be well. HP does know about this and they have a flash fix that did not work on this machine. Jim

Me offering computer advise?? Well take this with due concern for the source but I have had similar problems with links caused from two sources, my firewall protection and by a pop-up blocking toolbar I down loaded from Google. I adjusted my firewall settings to help with that and the Google deal is fixed by holding the "Shift" or "Control" key (cant remember which at this second and not at home) key down while clicking on the links. The way some links work appearantly thay appear like pop-up ads??. Holding the key down was a PITA for a while but is now second nature, I like the free pop-up protection from Google.
