Gas tank cleaning

I have several tanks from tractors and engines with "varnish"
in the tank, and a Farmall H that is real bad and it has a baffle
which makes it impossible to clean mechanicaly. Does anyone know of a solvent that will clean this
gunk and some rust from tank?

I have seen radiator shops that will clean and then seal tanks that leak. Perhaps they will just clean it for you.

I don't know if this works but I was told to put 1/2 a can of draino and about a gallon of water . Then take 5 or 6 rocks or bolts put all in tank . Then shake the tank and flush real good.
