Golden Jubilee

My Father has a Golden Jubilee that keeps fouling one plug, When he bought the tractor 20 years ago the owner told him that the engine has been bored to .040" over. I am not sure if the Jubilee engine has sleeves or not? If it doesn't what are my options?

It has sleeves since its the same as an NAA tractor and thats what you need to look for parts, Tell most places its a jubalee and they will not be able to help you so call it an NAA and they will.
