Its been leaking ever since I got the saw need and now im fed up with it, ive got all the aparts stripped away right down to he chain clutch but I can't get it off. How do you take it off. Its threaded onto the cam shaft, but I can't get a grip on it to turn it back-wards

The term "Husky Puddle" is for real. Leak repairs will prove to be temporary.

Thats a good one, whe ni got the husky dealer tomorrow for parts I will make certain I mention that in conversation. Those lieing buggers, the ytold me that they have never heard of a proble like this.

I finaly got the clutch off, had to make up a special tool to grab hold off the clutch. I pulled it off and found that plastic spinning plate driving the oil pump was shot, the threads on it that drive the grear pump where melted down. So it wasn't trurning the pump all the time, Plus the hose going into the tank is where all the oil is leaking out, its not seating properly.

What do u wanna be that I have to by a pricey kit and can not get individual parts,

any how thanks for the suggestions

Some, very likely all, Husqvarnas have left hand threads on the clutch. I use a 3/8 air impact to remove mine. Metric socket. One other trick is to remove the spark plug and stuff small rope into the cylinder to keep the piston from moving if hand wrenches must be used. DON"T overtighten when reinstalling. If the wrench flats are boogered up, it might take drastic measures like welding a nut to the clutch shoe holder. Or try tapping on the clutch shoe holder with a brass drift in combination with the rope trick-remember LEFT hand threads.
