Clutch for small engine

I'm looking for a clutch which mounts directly onto an engines' shaft (9hp honda). The one I used before had a leaver which would slide one way to engage, back to dissengage. When engaged, the sprocket will turn driving a 40 P chain on a conveyer.
This is not a centrufical clutch (at least I don't think it is) as it will engage or dissengage at any rpm.

Any idea what it is called, who makes them or where I can get one.

Thanks, Grant

I have one of those clutches that came off a JD model 70 7 HP. Slides back and forth or up and down to engage mower deck. made for belt but I guess It could be adapted to chain. Believe it is 7/8 shaft. If interested it's yours for postage

Where are you? What is the approximate size of the unit? A or B belt? I will check the shaft on my engine.

You may be able to use an electromagnetic clutch, such as is used on riding lawn mowers, or adapt the mechancial mower clutch from an older Cub Cadet.

Or how about these links...
