Barcalo-Buffalo wrenches were also supplied to Military vehicles. The have become quite collectable. A barcalo buffalo 723 wrench sold recently on ebay for 200.00

Yhe ones I saw were black unfinished and belonged to the military. It seems that every serviceman (Army) had a few in his toolbox in his car during the 1960's It seems that there was a universal code which stated that if it was an expendable item it could be taken ethically.

My experience with them is they are junk. They were both double box wrenches, and they bent on hard pulls. On another tool board we were discussing them , and it was said that they were a product of The Barcalounger Co. Send me an email and I'll send you te website.
