how on earth did you get the gas company to build you a darn bridge?? and where are the cracks at on the side, top bottom?

they were afarid of my bridge and asked me if they could build one,,they travel to maintain a pipeline and rightaway. the cracks are in the top, they said the cement was to haard to finish.they said it was the concrete... i think they didn't know how and didn't work it.the spent 10 mintues trying to float it.... it has steel under and rebar with 6 inch high on the sides.
