It's to tighten the head bolts on a 806 856 IH
tractor. Its 13/16 & gets under & around the valve rack. A box end & 1/2" drive Its kind of u shape, any one got one for sale or know where I could find one. Thanks.

You may want to check with a diesel repair shop for a p/n or source from one of their mechanics. We used to use these a lot on the older diesels that required retorque after initial run in. They were generally referred to in the trade as "under rocker arm extensions".

I bought a 11/16" boxend that was Snap-on (for Case tractors) about 4 years ago but they have discontinued them on their website.

If you are going to make your own as Bob described, you will need to have no off-set between center of the square drive and the center of the box end otherwise there will be lateral leverage that will squirrel the torque. That is pretty hard and time consuming.

If you put the torque adapter at 90 degrees from the wrench the torque will be correct. Sticking straight out you need to calculate the differance,

If you just need it for a single use, and don't want to spend big $$$, you can bend a quality used combination wrench purchased on the cheap from a pawn shop, after heating with a torch, and then weld a cracked or spare socket to the top of it to give you the square drive for your torque wrench.
