I was given an old concrete mixer with an engine that I have never seen in my life. My neighbors and I spent several hours looking at it in amazement. The system is turned by a Motor that has what appears to be an open cylinder with a oil resevoir that has a needle valve that I believe drips oil on to the pisto during operation. The cylinder has a open reservoir on top that I believe might be for water. The fuel tank in it's base with a type of venturi system that I've never seen before. All seems to be in working order except for the Ignition Module ( I call it that for lack of a better phrase) the only thing I can read on it is on the cover it says "WICO Trade Mark" I would be greatful for any help

Wow, thankyou all for the information. the thing that amazed me about this system is that it all apears to be in working order . I mean it's all there I guess don't know what to do with it or what it happens to be worth. I hate to botch it up and dammage any thing. are there any manuals web pages where I might be able to get any more in formation ie. manufacture date ect. Wow I'm actually excited but a little lost as to my next`move? thank you all again for your help. Joel

Joel, the "Stationary Engines" forum here almost certainly can answer your questions.

Sounds like you have come by an old Hit & Miss engine. These are highly sought after by collectors. Be careful or someone will buy it from you before you realize the value.
