Steve, Fuel business is a closed trade , you will
have to serve an apprenticeship in a certified
fuel shop and become certified before the pump
manufacturer will sell you parts and information.

Think maybe you are about 30 years too late. Most all late model diesels have gone to common rail computer controlled injection systems and are very trouble free for the most part.If you are thinking about servicing the antique market ,that market is being very well served at the moment and it would be tough to generate enough income to pay for the test stand and related equipment plus the technicl training you would need. Most antique tractors are usually run for only a few hours a year and don't usually call for much repair and maintenance.Sorry to burst your bubble.I had the same idea about those 30 some years ago myself .
