Pressure washer question

Hey guys Im looking to buy a new electric pressure washer, I had one that had a soap resivoir but the soap would only come out on a low pressure setting on the pressure washer, Im looking for a pressure washer that will shoot the soap at high pressure with the water, is this called "detergent Injection" I see that on some of the pressure washers, or is that just the same thing as my old one?

Typically, manufacturers prefer to inject cleaning solutions downline from the pump. This prevents chemical damage from the solutions that might be sent thru.

The injector system that I described IS a downstream injector. It screws on inline just ahead of the spray hose. You just have to watch how strong of a soap solution that you mix up--it can get really foamy!

Jay,

It's hard to find a pressure washer like you want for a reasonable price. That being said, you CAN buy an aftermarket add-on injector from Northern Tool for around $30 that will do just what you want. I bought one last fall for my pressure washer, and it works just fine. Now, you can buy a less expensive pressure washer and still get "power suds".
