What engine do you have? Is it a 2.8 vin 8th letter is an (L)? If it is a 2.8 my Chilton book has an error, car would not run. I used the Mitchel book, car ran fine. Standing at the belt side of the motor looking at it cylinder number 1 is the closest on the left #2 is closest to belt on the right #3 is one the left in the middle #4 IS ON THE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE #5 LEFT #6 right. My coil pack was up under the exhaust manifold starting closest to the belts 1,4,6,3,2,5. the firing order is 1,2,3,4,5,6
