Floor jack parts

I have a NAPA brand 1 1/2 Ton Floor jack that i need a packing or seal kit for.The jack was made by Delcoven Mfg.of Racine Wisconsin Then sold under the NAPA name.The serial number is 91-632.I checked the yellow pages and the company is apparently out of business.I bought the jack new about 23 years ago.If you can help please let me know.Thanks.

I suspect the mfg name is mispelled, but in any case, check out these people, give them a call.
