Now that spring finally has arrived here in WI. and most are spending some time washing and waxing their trucks and cars. A problem often comes up when the truck is washed with hard well water. It will often leave water spots when it dries, is there any way to get rid of these water spots. I know they should be wiped off before they dry but sometimes that doesnt happen. Any easy tricks???? Thanks.

Walmart sells a wash deal (Turtle Wax?) that has a nozzle you put a detergen cartridge in, then after you rise, you change the cartridge to a filter and rinxe. does good. Similar to the spot free rinse at the car washes.

SHort round: Before you get to harsh on the paint, try some clay magic. It may remove them. Also 3M makes some good products. I have used their finish restorer. Otherwise it may take buffing and that removes a lot of clearcoat.

Delute Lime Away in a 2 gallon bucket for paint.
window spots use a light steel wool they come right out.
the delution that i use is a about a 1/4 pint to a gallon dont let it dry rinse right after we used this for a long time now .and if you dont beleive it try it on something less expensive its never damage or hurt my paint on vehicle or our travel trailer.
