Nuffield Timming

I Stripped down my nuffield engine completly to replace bearings and polish shaft,it was then put together, however i cannot get the proper timming.I would like advice or timming chart.My engine is M4 TEC morris commerical side valve tvo,dated between 1947-51 thankyou.
