1foot lb is 12 inch pounds example: 120 inch lbs divided by 12 gives 10 ft lbs.Another example;5foot lbs-- 5x12 equals 60 inch lbs.Read the torque wrench instructions good info.

cummins injectors are the only thing I really needed a inch lp wrench for. I think It was 60 inch pounds when the injector was being fired.

dr.sportster I am replacing the rear main seal on a 304 jeep motor. I always over tighen the oil pan bolts, so I thought I would use a tourqe wrench. The book calls for 7 foot lbs. I will use the inch pund wrench now.

Thanks all BUDD

Careful with the toorque wrench if they are 1/4-20s hard to use a torque wrench on a 1/4-20 gives a false feel sometimes a snapping sound.Of coure it depends on the size of the torque wrench.
