Got the parts for my 432 from Oreillys' Auto Parts. I bought one kit VRK-642 $80 +ship/tax. To completely rework all valves on a 432 you need two of these kits. Just so happens I had one HP and one LP valve that were shot. So one kit did it for me. Roper P. you stated that Devair wanted the springs in like spoons now. That would not work for me. The valve sealing disc would not touch seat when relaxed. I installed em the old way and pump runs real good. Quieter running valves than the 325 Quincy. Interesting note: previous owner was running pump with unloader push pin screwed all the way down against the unloading lever! So the thing was running unloaded all the time and it will pump the tank up too unloaded which I was surpised at.

Thanks so much for your help on these pump projects. Having a little guidance on em made for some fun.

Good to hear it. If the unloader begins to leak all the time and cannot be adjusted, you can remove the compression fitting in the end of the brass assembly and pull out the spring and shaft. There is a very small nut inside there that can be removed to renew the rubber seal that seals the unloader during running. You can make one with a hole punch from some rubber sheeting.
