I hope this dosnt get deleted. I just bought a 5 gal. pail full of old sockets at the pawn shop. Many are old us made in brands like bonney, sparta, thorsen, ect. Id be happy to help anyone out who is missing a odd socket in these brands. Ill give you the socket if I have it, just pay postage. If you need a craftsman or other curently produced item....go to sears...Im really doing this for those of us who cant get these anywhere else. Just post what you need and Ill see if I can find it.

I am looking for information on Sparta tools, Are they still in business? If not, who bought them out? I need a 3/4 inch ratchet, model CH45. I broke the square and I'd like to get a new insert. Can anyone help me on this? Thanks

Back in about 1962 my father gave me a small set of Cornwall. Do you have any, also does anyone else know anything about them?

I really liked my Thorsen socket set, until the thieves cleaned me out, TWICE.

If you happen to find some Whitworth sized sockets in there, I'd be interested in them. Doesn't matter the name.

Don't go digging through the bucket hunting them for me, just if you come across some.
