diesel injector tool?

i have to replace my cyl. head on my diesel tractor, a friend is going to put in the valves. he said i need a tool to put in the injectors. is their such a tool or do they just push in. bill

Hi vabill, carefully clean the hole, injector tip and seat with a brush. Push the injector, by hand, in the hole and secure with the clamp. If you change the tip for a new, you may have to adjust the openning pressure with a test pump. Bernard le m�cano Qu�bec Canada

its a case/ih model 385, 3 cyl, diesel, 35 hp. do you need anything else?. bill

Yep , if you are replacing the injector well ya need the tool . I don't have one i would barrow one from the I H dealer if i was replacing a well or tube however ya want to call it .
