A couple days ago i had a post about trying to get the ejector fixed on my winchester model 67 and well teh one on ebay was the wrogn dang one.and from another most it looks like theres abotu 4 different ejector shapes. Stoning this one isnt goign to fix it as the point is chipped from extreme use. Van you had mentioned builiding it up and filing back into the right profile , what did you build it up with? im willing to try about anything. i realized i cant make my own like my father suggested it turns out that there is a nub on each side of it and well thats the rotation point of the whoel ejectoing mechinism and i cant make it. any helps good enough for me fellas thanks

Blue,
I built mine back up with a jewlers torch and then stoned it back into shape at the top, mine was chipped off also. It is a hard part and the welding will leave it soft so it must be re- tempered. If you dont have the means to do this any good gunsmith can accomplish this for very little money. The front of the top bevel must be sharp at the back and tapered properly at the front to fit into the recess in the reciever. This is a easy fix as parts can be hard to get. Hope this helps.
