A few years ago SBC reduced the print size where it was hard too read. I got my new copy today. They now have reduced the page size, too. I swear unless somebody has paid extra money, I can't read a listing.

I am not getting any younger. Life just began 5 years ago.

Man do I feel old.

When anybody asks you how you located them, be sure and say, NOT in the SBC Yellow Pages. If SBC's paying yellow page customers start complaining, maybe those high-powered focus groups will loose their influence.

You can bet a committee did a study on how large or small type sizes could be and still be "acceptable" to the majority of users..... ... then they went down one size from there..... .. After that first cost saving move, someone decided that the whole thing could be reduced in size (based on another study, by another committee) and now you have that product. Gotta save that buck. Corporate managers and VP's cannot get their bonus by just doing a good job, gotta save money, even if it means lost or disguntled customers.
