O.T. I need help finding a part

I have a 92 Dodge PU with Captain"s Chairs from factory. The reclining mechanism on the passenger side is broke. Teeth are stripped.Dodge store in Texarkana won"t even try to help. Mechanism is stamped with numbers 4190969, under that 58607, under that manufacturers logo LMPCo inside a diamond shaped boundary. Help of any kind will be appreciated. Steve Norwood

Steve, there is a set of seats on ebay, the guy said they are new. only problem is they are Ford, they come with all brackets for mounting. bid is $122.00 now. 6 hours left untill bid close. Ford seats were what I was looking for when I bought the BMW seats. I do like the way the Ford buckets set... Oh' the color is gray, the ebay number: 7953455811

Have you checked on ebay? I haven't looked lately, but I bought a set out of a new BMW for my old Blazer, got em for 125.00 bucks. At that time, there were lots of Dodge seats on ebay.

I had a Dodge van years ago and could not get parts for the interior. Then I found the interior was installed by another company when the van was new. I do not remember the name of the company.

I have welded one of these for a coworker.I had to pull the upholstry back far enough not to burn up.Then it can only be fixed in one position and welded.The guys breath always smelled like beer at work and the seat smelled like beer when I welded it.Although I have some upholstry needles it was a pain to put back nice.I would recommend a junkyard replacement next time.

Thanks to everyone who responded. I had not thought of E-Bay. I'll try that. And if I don't find one, I'll weld it. I have it off the seat. It's about a foot long and shaped kind of like an L. I was hoping that some parts guru at a Dodge dealer could do a little digging and come up with something, like a part number or the name of the company who made it. I'll bet that LMPCo is the company that made it for Chrysler, but Google was no help. I'm going to keep looking for a few more days before I give up. Help will still be appreciated Thanks Again, Steve Norwood.
