I was just given a C51, and the spring on the pullstart gave out. HELP! I would love to get this beast up and running, but need some help. Does anyone know where I can get parts for this fine machine?

There is a company in England called Saxon Industries who got me a new muffler a year or two ago.
Can anyone help on this problem? My C51 starts and runs OK but stops after about 10 to 20 minutes work. The spark is OK. After about half an hour it will run again. Possibly the fuel is boiling. Is there a cure? Maybe petrol was different in the 1950s. Best regards from Dave

Do use specialize in just Homelite chainsaws or do you have parts for the 4-stroke, 55 horse, Crosley powered Homelite outboard motors also? Also curious if Homelite abandoned their "obsolete parts" department - I assume they did but haven't checked lately. When I worked for a Homelite dealer during the mid-70s, Homelite had a parts depot in New Jersey where they had all their discontinued parts stored. They were selling them off until gone through their "obsolete parts department."

I am mostly in chainsaws, trimmers & DeMo saws but also have some of the other things HOMELITE has abandoned.
Thanks
Bill
