Where can you get used chainsaw cylinders?

I just finished buying an old Homelite XL-98 demolition saw. FWIW, same powerhead as the XL-900 series chainsaws. Imagine my surprise when I find that a ring went bad and put a groove in the cylinder wall. Anyway, parts dealers want nearly $200 for a new cylinder--are there places a person can get used parts? The local shops don't like to deal with cheap guys who own 30 year old equipment. I'd settle for a junk XL as long as the cylinder was still usable.

let me know if you found a cylinder yet i may be able to get you a remanufactured cylinder assembly with piston,rings,and pin.for around 120.00.i am renewing my account with a company i dealt with in the past they did have in the past.i will know as soon as i renew if they still have them.thank you.
